Stentor was apart of an intense pro-Neosapien propaganda campaign that was administered to all media. It was organized and administered by the Neosapien Ministry of Information, under the direction of Livia.
It was designed to persuade all Terrans to accept the inevitability of Neosapien rule. Stentor was assigned to the Amanda Connor Show.
